1. Before Expert Review
If you request a cancellation before our compliance team has begun reviewing your application, you may be eligible for a full refund of our service fee. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.
2. After Expert Review
Once our experts have begun reviewing and verifying your application details, our service fee is generally non-refundable as the work has been performed. However, we evaluate each case individually and will do our best to find a fair resolution.
3. Official Government Fees
The official UK Government fee, once paid to the authorities, is governed by the UK Government's own refund policies. We cannot issue refunds for government fees as these are collected by a separate entity.
4. Application Denial
If your UK ETA application is denied by the authorities, our service fee is non-refundable as our assistance and review services were fully rendered. We do not control or influence the decision-making process of the UK authorities.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your application reference number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund enquiries within 24 hours.
